How do I get technical support?

How do I get parts?
We have most parts in stock at our Yanceyville, NC plant, but at times some parts may need to be ordered from Findlay Irvine.
The drive tires look like common kart tires. Can I get them locally?
No, the drive tires are specifically manufactured by Findlay Irvine for use on the GripTesters. The smooth tread test tire is unique and must meet ASTM specs.
Do I have to calibrate my machine every day?
No. If you are regularly using the machine, load and drag calibrations should be done on a weekly basis. Our team will handle a more thorough calibration during annual service. The Micro GripTester requires no calibration at all.
I'm getting very high readings, what should I check first?
Check the Load Gain and Drag Gain when calibrating, as well as making sure the water is cut on when testing. Check to see if there is debris on the pavement surface.
I lost my operation manual. Where can I get a replacement?
